Retainers and Payments
|
RESERVATION/DAMAGE Retainer:
A reservation/damage retainer of $300 is required. This must be received within (5) five days of booking the reservation. The retainer automatically converts to a security/damage retainer upon your check-in date. The retainer is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) fourteen days of your check-out date, provided the following provisions are met:
- No damage is done to the unit, beyond normal wear and tear, no contents are missing, and the condo is left reasonably clean.
- All trash is placed in the dumpster outside; soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
- All garage door openers are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked. Loss or non-return of the garage door opener will result in a $100 charge.
- No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
- No linens are lost or damaged.
- NO early check-in or late check-out.
- No sub-leasing is permitted.
PAYMENT:
In addition to the RESERVATION/DAMAGE Retainer, the first payment equal to 50% of the total rent due is required 60 days before your check-in date. BALANCE OF TOTAL RENT is due 30 days before your check-in date. If date of reservation is less than 30 days before your arrival date, then all Retainers along with the full Rent amount is due immediately. Please make payments in the form of personal checks payable to Colorado Condos at Bobcat Ridge LLC. We also accept Visa, MC and Discover.
