Retainers and Payments
 
RESERVATION Retainer:
A reservation retainer of $300 (or full amount of rent if less then $300) is required per unit (this will be applied towards the total rent due). This must be received upon making the reservation via credit card or with in 5 business days if paying by check. Your credit card will be held on file in lieu of damage retainer and you agree to pay for any damages incurred during your stay and provisions stated below are met. If no credit card is available in lieu of damage retainer, a $300 check for damage retainer is due with your final rent payment fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of your check-out date, provided the following provisions are met:
  • No damage is done to the unit, beyond normal wear and tear and no contents are missing.
  • If renting multiple condos, all contents of each condo are to be replaced back to its origin.
  • No damage to contents in outside commons area and commons area is left clean.
  • All trash is placed in the dumpster outside or trash can in garage if available; soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned and condo is left reasonably clean.
  • All garage door openers are left on the kitchen counter and unit is left locked. Loss or non-return of the garage door opener will result in a $100 charge.
  • No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
  • No linens are missing or damaged.
  • No Early check-in or late check out unless pre-arranged.
  • No sub-leasing is permitted and no 3rd party reservations without owner approval.

PAYMENT: For your convenience total amount of rent due can be divided into two payments. The first payment equal to 50% of the total rent due per condo is required 60 days before arrival date. The BALANCE OF TOTAL RENT is due 30 days before your check-in date. If date of making a reservation is 30 days or less from your arrival date or if making an "Off Season" reservation with specials rates then all moneys are due upon making reservation. We accept payments in the form of personal check payable to Colorado Condos at Bobcat Ridge LLC or payment by credit card; Visa, MC or Discover.
